May 2016 in pictures

May has been a really good month, possibly the best of the year so far. From walking around Leipzig half drunk, half hungover after my first German wedding, to sailing in the Netherlands and having some of my college friends visit.

So it’s this time of the month again – May 2016 in pictures! Enjoy!

01/05 – In Leipzig on the day after the wedding at the Bundesverwaltungsgericht (I don’t know if I want to attempt translating that, sorry).

01/05 – Augustusplatz in Leipzig where I fell asleep on the bench due to the 3 hours sleep I had. But it was nice and sunny!

05/05 – Pentecost in Germany, which sees people walking around forests drinking beer. Just the kind of thing I like.

11/05 – After-work drinks along the Main.

13/05 – The start of the sailing adventure in the Netherlands!

19/05 – In the Grüneburgpark in Frankfurt having a little walk.

27/05 – We had a trip to Cologne

27/05 – And, of course, you can’t have a day trip in Cologne without having a Kölsch.

29/05 – Tim, Leigh and Anna in the Chinese Gardens. Typical tourists.
