July 2015 in pictures

July was quite a fun month with not one, but two trips up t’North of Germany. I also moved a week ago and now have my own office – oooh! That did involve one or two (or three…) trips to IKEA in one day, but it was worth it, especially due to köttbullar and hot dogs. As of 31st July, I’ve been in Frankfurt for a year. Crazy! But then again, I can’t really say that it’s felt like it’s flown by. Not in a bad way, just in a a-lot-has-happened way.

Anyway, here is July 2015 in pictures!

03/07 - Belinda came to Frankfurt with her old exchange partner. We enjoyed/suffered 39 degrees celsius, hence the sweat.

07/07 - I met up with Jonny, who I know from Exeter and who's originally from Frankfurt. It then absolutely chucked it down as you can kind of tell from the picture - thankfully we were sat under an umbrella!

As you can tell by the last three photos, I spent last weekend in my first German Heimat of Hannover! What a wonderful trip it was, especially with having the Maschseefest.

So now it’s time for year two of life in Frankfurt. Ich bin mal gespannt!
