I thought it might be nice to do a post about each month, but rather than writing what I’ve done, show what I’ve done with pictures. I used to take a photo every day, but towards the end of this month I somehow fell out of the rhythm. So I don’t have a photo from every day, but there’s still quite a few.
So here’s my January in pictures:
01/01 – First breakfast of the year!01/01 – First tea of the year! (Food’s important to us, OK?)03/01 – Can’t be doing without a Boots Meal Deal when I’m back in England!03/01 – Hello, London!04/01 – Hello, Cologne!08/01 – I drew for work so they had to put it on the sources page with the name of my hometown. And thus Gilberdyke was put into a German textbook!09/01 – Business trip to Kassel for the evening.10/10 – Saturday beer after the business trip!11/01 – I was asked to draw a camel and this was the result. I’m quite impressed with myself!13/01 – I paced myself and it took me a few days to get through them in the end!14/01 – Cinema trip to see the third Hobbit film. It wasn’t that great…16/01 – Home alone meant beer and pizza.17/01 – On top of the world! (Well, the Main Tower anyway).18/01 – And so it begins…21/01 – Amy and I played Scrabble and this is how it started…27/01 – Trip to the English Theatre with Bibi and Tim to see Ghost.
January has been a fantastic month, compared to the end of last year, anyway. Here’s to hopefully an equally fantastic February which is going to involve starting a Spanish course and a visit from my mum!
